By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 555ace platform at 555ace.org (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents together form the entire agreement between you and 555ace.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease all use of the 555ace Platform. Creating an account, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or making a deposit constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Any account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account with 555ace. Operating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balance — including deposited funds — may be forfeited at 555ace's discretion.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555ace account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. 555ace is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 555ace immediately via [email protected].

Account Closure: 555ace reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, collusion, use of unauthorised software, chargebacks, or failure to complete KYC verification. Where an account is closed for legitimate non-breach reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

Accepted Methods: 555ace currently accepts deposits via the following PKR payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Available payment methods may change without prior notice. The current list of accepted methods is displayed at the deposit stage within your account.

Currency: All accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will not be accepted. No currency conversion is performed by 555ace.

Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited and may be returned less any applicable third-party processing fees.

Deposit Ownership: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 555ace account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal source. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been used to deposit into your 555ace account and that are registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited under all circumstances.

KYC Requirement: All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Required documentation may include: government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and proof of payment method ownership. 555ace reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Processing Times: Withdrawal processing times depend on your 555ace VIP tier and the payment method selected. Standard processing is 24–48 hours for Bronze-tier accounts. Gold-tier accounts receive same-day processing. Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority and instant processing respectively. 555ace is not responsible for delays incurred on the receiving payment provider's side.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account at the point of withdrawal. Limits may vary by payment method and VIP tier. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional verification requirements.

Bonus-Affected Balances: Where a balance includes funds derived from bonus activity that has not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements, the un-wagered bonus portion is not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed from the account.

General: 555ace may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough"), expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value before it becomes withdrawable). The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate.

Bonus Abuse: 555ace actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion with other players to exploit promotions, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Where bonus abuse is detected, 555ace reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the account without notice.

Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

Welcome Bonus: The 555ace welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once — whether through duplicate accounts or other means — will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on 555ace are subject to acceptance by 555ace at its sole discretion. 555ace reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason. Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by event, market, and player account.

Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to your wager. 555ace is not responsible for any errors in displayed odds, and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.

Void Bets: Bets may be voided by 555ace in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement beyond the specified deadline, market suspension due to technical error, or palpable odds error. Voided bets are returned to your 555ace account balance at the original stake.

In-Play Betting: In-play ("live") bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 555ace may suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets placed after a material event (e.g., after a wicket has fallen in cricket but before the platform has updated) may be voided if 555ace determines the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome.

PSL & Cricket: Pakistan Super League markets and Pakistan international cricket markets are among the most actively traded on 555ace. Event-specific rules — including handling of rain interruptions, DLS targets, and super over outcomes — are published in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.

Game Outcomes: All 555ace Casino software games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning by live human dealers in professional studio environments. 555ace does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including software failure, live stream disconnection, or server error — the affected game round may be voided. 555ace's decision on the outcome of any game round affected by a technical malfunction is final. • Providing false personal information or identity documents during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or influence game outcomes
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to generate illegitimate winnings
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after gaming activity has occurred
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports events, or any other form of sports integrity violation
• Using 555ace for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 555ace content without express prior written consent.

No Guarantee of Winnings: 555ace makes no representation or warranty that you will generate any profit from using the Platform. All gaming and betting activity involves financial risk. Service Interruption: 555ace operates the Platform on an "as available" basis. 555ace is not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions, downtime, technical faults, or periods of inaccessibility, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

Third-Party Services: 555ace is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment processors (including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah) or game content providers. Any disputes with third-party providers must be directed to those providers directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555ace's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must close your account and cease all use of the Platform. 555ace will return any verified, unencumbered balance in your account if you choose to close your account due to Terms changes.

In the event of any dispute between you and 555ace arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the dispute resolution process of 555ace's licensing regulator.

You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis. Class action, collective action, or representative proceedings are expressly waived to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
